The Chronicleadership flaw
The latest imbroglio is further evidence of a chronic flaw in Bruce Golding's leadership capacity. What is the common thread with what happened during Dudusgate? Bruce's heightened sense of power overcame his sense of logic and protocol. That is exactly the same issue with the Brady "expulsion matter".
The people should not have a PM with that serious reasoning flaw. What other issues of his premiership are being compromised by this flawed logic and protocol? He needs to go. There are more competent Labourites.

An opportunity forbetter governance
Situations like this one currently unfolding can only help to improve our quality of governance. Let the whole matter come to light as previous administrations on both sides of the political fence have taken the people of Jamaica for granted.
Ask yourself one question: "Which of the previous administrations in Jamaica wasn't corrupt?"
Look beyond the political points scoring and demand legislation that requires persons in public service to account to the people, not because it suits them and the party's agenda.
Our system lacks consequences. Everyone comes and does as he or she pleases and then hide themselves behind the political curtain.

Political suicide
I'm not a big supporter of the ruling administration, but I must admit that prior to the MPP-Dudus saga I had come to respect, maybe even liked, the prime minister. I'm therefore at a loss to believe that any prime minister would, in a public way, make pronouncements to the effect that he was willing to pay a political price in his attempt to fight the extradition request for an accused drug dealer.
Can anyone explain to me where were the other senior members of the party/administration when he made it known he would do such a thing? Did he not realise that it was political suicide to move forward with such a bold statement?
This, in retrospect, was a disaster for the PM and he is making things worse by trying to vilify others in the process. Frankly, not only should the PM resign, but most of the senior members of the JLP administration, along with the public relations team (if one truly exist). These guys shouldn't be call politicians, since such a term is reserved for seasoned individuals adept at manipulating realities. They are, combined, the most inept group of politicians ever assembled!
