Defending champions Scotiabank and Jamaica National Business Society (JNBS) played to a 1-1 draw in their feature second round JNBS/Western Sports-sponsored Norman Goodison inter-bank football match at the National Water Commission (NWC) playing field, Mona, last Sunday.
In a virtual replay of last year's final, play was even for the most part and after a goalless first half, Scotiabank went ahead in the 58th minute by virtue of a solo run from Nicholas McCreath. JNBS gained the equaliser in time added (92nd minute) through Jair Minott, who latched on to as cross in the nick of time.
- Mack Chem, Juici in Business House final
Mack Chem and Juici Patties will contest the final of Tait's Pharmacy Clarendon Business House six-a-side football final at the Mineral Heights football field tomorrow.
The day's action begins at 7 a.m. with the third-place play-off between Sinclair's and Government Agencies. The big final is slated for 8 a.m.
The finalists will attempt to go at each other again after heavy rains forced the postponement of their scheduled decider in midweek. There is much anticipation, given their outstanding goalscoring display in last Sunday's semi-finals.
Interestingly, both recorded identical 5-1 victories.
For Mack Chem's, Raul Rampasard's early strike and then a double from Christopher Smith and Dylan Collins, proved inspirational. Juici Patties' win was their eighth in as many matches since the start of the competition, which makes them overwhelming favourites against Mack Chem, who lost in the preliminary round.

- Cal's pool tourmoves to Mandeville
The second leg of the Cal's Spring Water and Real Vibes Party Wine eight-ball pool tour moves to Upper Level Sports Bar in Mandeville today and tomorrow, starting at noon each day.
Among the many players expected to be on show is MoBay's Noel 'Schoolboy' Blagrove, who won the opening leg of the tour on August 28 and 29 at Hot Shots Pool Hall, 103 Constant Spring Road.
Blagrove defeated the season's top-ranked player, Ewart Hall, from Hot Shots to secure the $80,000 first prize and a trophy. Hall received $35,000 and a trophy.
Organised by the newly formed Jamaica Billiards Association, the tour comprises seven tournaments (one each month) at different venues across the island.
Nugent Ximinies, managing director of Cal's Spring Water, said he was looking forward to another exciting stop on the tour.
The third leg, scheduled for MoBay, has been brought forward to October 16 and 17, and not October 30 and 31, as originally scheduled.
When entries closed on Thursday, as many as 46 had been received. With provision made for one re-entry per player, the rotation of players could reach 70.
At the end of the tour in March, the top 32 players in the rankings will contest a lucrative eight-ball tournament at a venue to be decided.
Leslie 'Toothpick' Puranda, a representative of the Jamaica Billiards Association, said the top eight players in that tournament will receive attractive prize money.
