Jeneil does French

Pulse supermodel Jeneil Williams hit yet another high note in her illustrious career when she copped the cover of the current issue of French, one of the most important magazines in fashion.

She has been featured in several editions of Vogue as well as countless other magazines. But, being the cover of one of fashion's major publications is life-altering.

French magazine, which is virtually a book that reviews all the collections and the trends in fashion, marks Williams' fourth cover in the past few months.

The others, Love, i-D and The Wall Street Journal, are equally important. If ever proof were needed of Williams' phenomenal impact on the world of fashion, these covers provide it.

All of this excitement comes amid the glamour of her latest show season, as she continues to clock catwalk mileage around the world. Her clients remain the who's who of the world's best designers, for whom Williams delivers on a runway that stretches from New York to London to Milan, before coming to the grand finale in Paris, next month.

Burberry

Atop the list of designers who have recruited the Jamaican beauty for the Spring-Summer 2011 collections is Burberry, the famed British house of fashion, which is keen on revolutionising the way fashion is seen around the world.

Earlier this year, for its Fall-Winter showing, Burberry beamed its collection, which was presented in London in 3D, to several cities across the globe as it happened. It was also a photo of the striking Burberry outfit Williams wore which was selected for the cover of the European edition of the The Wall Street Journal.

Marc Jacobs, Vivienne Westwood, Narciso Rodriquez, Lacoste, Issac Mizrahi, Nicole Miller, Zero + Maria Cornejo, were some of the other A- list designers who enlisted Williams' service for the season.

Williams has now walked for over 20 designers at the midway point of the S/S 2011 circuit.

Fashion fans of Williams will remember her stunning Russian Vogue editorials from the summer, for which she teamed up with agency colleague Sedene Blake to produce some exquisite fashion stories, the latest being the exploration of fashion through the decades, which is now on newsstands worldwide.

Williams' résumé is extensive and impressive. Some of her other major credits include work for Bennetton, Roberto Cavalli, Diesel, Dolce & Gabbana, GQ magazine, Lanvin, Louis Vuitton, Salvatore Ferragamo, Teen Vogue, Victoria's Secret and numerous others. She was also the only Caribbean model featured in the historic, all-black-girls Italian Vogue publication.
