SVL 2-year-old series begins tomorrow

Tomorrow's 10-race programme at Caymanas Park marks the start of the Supreme Ventures 2-year-old Series, which offers total prize money of $11.8 million for three lucrative races confined to native breds.

Of this amount, Supreme Ventures has contributed $6.5 million, inclusive of a million-dollar bonus to the owner of the horse good enough to win all three races in the series.

The first race in the series is the $2.95 million Cash Pot 'Only One For Me' Trophy over 1200 metres to be contested by 13 starters, including top contenders TRADITIONAL PRINCE and FATTY BUM BUM.

The series continues on Saturday, November 27 with the Pick-3 Super Challenge Trophy (Grade II) over 1400 metres for a purse of $3.6 million, and climaxes on Boxing Day, Monday, December 27 with the 98th running of the Supreme Ventures Jamaica 2-Year-Old Stakes (Grade I) over 1600 metres for a purse of $4.25 million.

In addition, Supreme Ventures will roll out another $850,000 to supplement the purses of nine other races on tomorrow's card.
