Catering on the Grill

Island Grill will be embarking on a new venture, Catering on the Grill. The popular eatery will now give corporate entities, private groups or individuals the opportunity to purchase items from its Island Cuisine menu to suit their catering needs.

The company will cater for luncheons, parties, family gatherings, trips, corporate events, and business meetings, among others.

Catering services can be offered in various ways:

On site set-up (indoor or outdoor).

Food delivery (food prepared and delivered).

Food preparation (food prepared to be picked up).

The packages include party-catering packages of whole chickens, fish in foil, escoveitched fish and the popular yabba. There are side orders of rice and peas, coleslaw, green plantain sauce and seasoned rice and more. Party Platters and Yabba options will also be available. Food prepared for pick-up will attract no additional food cost to what is stipulated above.
