Dear Robert,

I spent part of my childhood in a nearby district, so I am surely stopping by to taste her yam next time I am home. With all that is wrong with Jamaica, these are the stories that remind me of a happy and carefree childhood. Lalah, I wish you would post your stories more than once a week. Cheers!

Dear Robert,

I love reading your articles. It is like we are there. You wrap us up in the experience so much so that we can actually feel and taste. Thank you.

Dear Robert,

I could taste the yam as I was reading the story. Many thanks.

Dear Robert,

I think the next time I'm home, I will have to go see Miss Pauline for a piece of the yam! Thanks, Robert. It's always wonderful to experience home through your eyes.

Dear Robert,

I can't get enough, however, keep them coming. Good Job!

Dear Robert,

Refreshing piece of reading! I actually pictured you on that bench chatting to Pauline. I even saw the foil-wrapper guy in his apron. Thanks! We need to be brought back to the little good things that make life 'Jamaican'. Pauline's description of Jackie was hilarious!
