MILAN (AP):

Kevin Prince Boateng and Robinho scored first-half goals as AC Milan beat Bologna 3-0 yesterday in a convincing performance by the Serie A leaders.

Zlatan Ibrahimovic scored a third goal after half-time and Milan goalkeeper Christian Abbiati denied the hosts a consolation goal when he saved Marco Di Vaio's penalty kick 12 minutes from time.

"It was difficult, but we weren't expecting anything else," Ibrahimovic said. "We were put under massive pressure for the first 30 minutes.

"We are taking things one game at a time and we have done well with that until now. We have to keep going this way even though there is much of the season left."

The win is Milan's 11th of the season and takes their points tally at the top of the standings to 36. Juventus are up to second after Milos Krasic hit an injury-time winner to beat Lazio 2-1.

"We are having a good season and today was a great result not only because we've gone above Lazio and Napoli, but because Lazio is an excellent team," Juventus captain Giorgio Chiellini said. "We had to work till the end and had to give absolutely everything."

Slipped to fourth

Lazio slipped to fourth, level with Juventus and Napoli on 30 points, but behind on goal difference.

Also yesterday, it was; Brescia 1, Sampdoria 0; Cagliari 3, Catania 0; Lecce 3, Chievo Verona 2.

Chiellini gave Juventus the lead in the second minute with a header from Alberto Aquilani's corner, but Lazio equalised in the 14th after Juventus failed to clear a corner and Mauro Zarate slotted the loose ball home.

Lazio goalkeeper Fernando Muslera kept out Aquilani's shot shortly after half-time and then in injury time, pushed Alessandro Del Piero's free kick away for a corner.

But Krasic finally beat Muslera when he raced down the right and chipped the ball over the keeper to give Juventus the win.

AS Roma's inconsistent season continued with an unconvincing 1-0 win at home to Bari. Bari goalkeeper Jean Gillet stopped Francesco Totti's weak penalty in the 20th, but 10 minutes later the Roma captain set up Juan for the only goal of the game. Totti clipped a free kick to the near post and Juan was left unmarked to guide the ball past Gillet.
