Jamaica's Ambassador to the United States, Her Excellency Audrey Marks, greets Inter-American Development Bank President Luis Alberto Moreno (left), as she arrives with Minister of Finance and the Public Service Audley Shaw at the Bank's Washington, DC, headquarters to sign the final drawdown of US$200 million, from a total loan package of US$630 million for fiscal consolidation. It was described as one of the largest loans to be disbursed by the IDB. The signing took place on Wednesday, December 15. - Contributed
