Absinthe to be held New Year's Eve

The super all-inclusive New Year's Eve gala event, Absinthe - The Genesis 'HD Elevation', will make its way to the Palisadoes Go-Kart Track, which is set to be transformed into 'HD Heaven' this Friday.

Previous editions of the event held at Morgan's Harbour Hotel and Marina and the Royal Jamaica Yacht Club were successful, and if that is anything to judge by, this one will be no different.

The Red Stripe Bold-sponsored event will bring to patrons an exclusive party experience for a pre-sold price of $3,500 or $4,000 at the gate.

Music, one of the most important elements of any event will be provided by the discjockeys of Coppershot Disco and Renaissance. ZJ Johnny Kool and Miami's Dutty Dex will also lend a hand in setting the musical ambience.

Delicious food

A mouth-watering menu filled with delicious food will be available to patrons upon entry. Curried Lobster, Schezuan Shrimp, Shrimp Primavera, Red Stripe Battered Shrimp, Red Stripe Marinated Jerk Pork, Sweet and Sour Pork, Escoveitch Fish Fillet, Teriyaki Chicken, Chicken Marengo, Grilled Bold barbecue Chicken, Pan Jerk Chicken, and Italian jumbo sausage give an idea of what is in store.

Signature cocktails and a first-time Red Stripe HD mixology bar will ensure that patrons have their favourite beverages for consumption.

According to Dacres, Absinthe is the place to be this New Year's Eve.
