A Palisadoes monument?

It seems that Mike Henry's US$65-million show-piece Palisadoes road project is going ahead according to the construction minister's original plan.

But we are not certain for neither the minister nor the National Works Agency has spoken with clarity about the current scope of the project.

We still question whether in these tough times the project need be as ambitious as planned, except as a monument to oneself.
