Lowe strike shocks Cavalier

A 90th minute strike from former national striker, Onandi Lowe, carried Rockfort to a surprise 1-0 victory over defending champions and leaders, Cavalier, in their Kingston and St Andrew Football Association (KSAFA)/Claro Super League match at Rockfort on Saturday.
However, despite their defeat, Cavalier remain atop the standings with 34 points, one ahead of August Town (33), who were held to a 0-0 draw by third-placed University of the West Indies (UWI) (28), at the UWI Bowl.
Rockfort moved up the table to fourth place with 25 points.
Meanwhile, Mountain View United (16) registered 1-0 victory over bottom-side Duhaney Park (10) at Baldwin Crescent. Bradford Jackson scored the winning goal in the 83rd minute.
Real Mona (14) defeated Bull Bay 3-1 at Bull Pen. The Peter Moses-coached Real Mona were led to their victory courtesy of a double from Jahvon Allison in the 19th and 45th minutes. Ghavon Francis put the issue beyond doubt for Real Mona, when he netted in the 88th minute.
Bull Bay had only just got a lifeline, through an 87th minute own goal.
Barbican (15) were held to a 1-1 draw by Constant Spring (13) at Barbican. Neil Reid gave Constant Spring the lead at the 30th, but Rasana Potter found an equaliser for Barbican in the 68th.
In the day's other game, Santos (25) played to an exciting 2-2 draw with hosts Rae Town (20) at Breezy Castle. Kenrick Preston (12th) and Kemar Cockburne (83rd) were the goal-scorers for the Carlton 'Spanner' Dennis-coached Santos, while Rae Town got their goals courtesy of an own goal at the 50th and Mario McDonald's strike in the 55th.
