Baileys Dream Shake

2oz Baileys Irish Cream

2 scoops vanilla ice cream

Method:

Blend ingredients for 30 seconds and serve. A smooth way to get the evening started.

Cherry Kiss

1oz Baileys Irish Cream

1oz Chambord Raspberry Liqueur

Method:

Pour Baileys into a pousse café glass. Carefully pour the Chambord over the back of a teaspoon in order to float it on top of the Baileys.

Midnight Mint

1oz Baileys Irish Cream

3/4oz white créme de menthe

3/4oz double cream

Method:

Rim a cocktail (martini) glass with sugar syrup then dip into chocolate flakes or powder. Add ingredients into a shaker with ice. Shake well then strain into the cocktail glass.

French dream

1oz Baileys Irish Cream

1oz Kahlua Coffee Liqueur

1oz Chambord Raspberry Liqueur

Method:

Pour ingredients into a stainless steel shaker over ice, shake until completely cold then strain into a chilled stemmed glass or rocks glass filled with ice
