If you opt to wine and dine your special someone, here are some options.

Boone Hall Oasis

If you won't have the time to treat your lover on Valentine's Day or you want to start celebrating a day early, take a drive to the very scenic and relaxing Boone Hall Oasis. The restaurant, which is located in the Norbrook Mountains in St Andrew, will be hosting its pre-Valentine's Day dinner and brunch. So whatever time of day, you can pick from enticing menus for you and yours to enjoy.

Time: Brunch - 10:30 am-3 p.m. (inclusive of live entertainment)

Dinner - 4 p.m.-8 p.m.

Wyndham Kingston hotel

The Wyndham Kingston hotel has also made special plans to accommodate lovers for the Valentine's Day and weekend. Centrally located in what is considered the heart of Kingston, you can choose from different settings to enjoy your special day.

On Sunday the hotel will have its pre-Valentine's Day Brunch which starts at 11:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.

On Valentine's Day couples can opt to enjoy a night outdoors by the poolside for a dinner buffet for $2,530 per person or the hotel's Trattoria Baci Restaurant for a dinner and movie at a cost of $3,600 per person.

Dinner starts at 6:30 p.m. and goes up until 10:30 p.m.

Café Da Vinci

If you feel for a little Italian sizzle, you and yours can choose Café DaVinci to take you for a palatable ride. A relatively new restaurant, Café Da Vinci will be releasing a specially created Valentine's Day dinner menu.

Evita's

Evita's hosts its Valentine's Day special on Sunday and Monday (2 p.m. to 11 p.m. both days). Cost: $3,580 per person.

Night cap
