A week ago they celebrated when St George's College won the urban area ISSA/First Global 'A' League cricket title, today the fans of the Light Blues may have more to cheer about if Collin Daley Jr can survive the acid test of Hillel High's Matthew Williams in the Rotax Junior Class go-kart affair at the Palisadoes International Raceway, Kingston.

Williams, who won the class championship last year, displayed signs of improvement at the recent Florida Winter Tour race meet, but Daley has a point to prove and both will try to settle the score on the track.

Contenders

Today's racemeet gets under way at 10 a.m. Other karters who will be on show are Thomas Issa of Campion College, who celebrated his 13th birthday a week ago, Jonathan Law, the stout-hearted Joshua Sirgany and Fraser McConnell, who will all clash in the Rotax Mini Max Class.

Dr Mark Minott, who is returning from injury, hopefully will be pulling out stops to deny Peter Moodie Jr, Dr Derrick McDowell, Garth Genus and Mike Simmons the chequered flag in the Super Masters Class. The fans will once again be entertained by the stunt riding of the Crazy Bikers.
