Honey Bun Coconut Roll: A delicious winner!

Coconut is known to enhance our immune function, allowing the body to better absorb calcium and providing the heart with a range of nutrients. It's flavourful goodness remains a firm favourite among the Jamaican populace, and the coconut tree is symbolic of the nostalgic tropical feel.
Given this perception, Honey Bun was keen to capitalise on this nostalgia and to also add this highly desired rich flavour to their product profile. It makes a perfect snack and at $65 it provides a very cost effective meal option (optional microwaved for 20 seconds, and with your favourite jam, other additions or just on its own).

A team from Honey Bun visited The Gleaner's editorial department last week and put their product to the test. The usually very discerning taste buds of the staff, sampled the product and below are their commments.
