Television cameraman shot and killed

San Salvador (AP):
Suspected gang members have shot and killed a television cameraman on a passenger bus.
A police report says Alfredo Hurtado was riding to work when three gunmen boarded the bus. The statement yesterday said the assailants approached Hurtado directly and shot him several times.
The 39-year-old cameraman had worked for El Salvador's channel 33, covering general news.
Police reported no possible motive in the shooting which took place Monday in Jardines de San Bartolo, a town just outside the capital of San Salvador.
