Bad cops

1 The police have consistently drawn loads of criticism about rogue cops in their midst. But the current leadership has demonstrated that it is willing to weed out the bad ones. By the way, wasn't a high-ranking officer found guilty of corruption? Seems it happened so long ago ... can anyone recall what was the sentence? More importantly, where is he now?

On the alert!

2 It's difficult to feel like a prisoner in one's own home. However, what is a person to do if a neighbour is constantly threatening to do him harm? Those out west say it has been rough for the young 'uns for, despite taking all necessary precautions, the threat level has been elevated to Blue Mountain proportions.

Uncle Sam's calling

3 It's that time of the year when school scouts are stomping the pavement. Once again, the brightest and best are being offered great incentives to become a part of Uncle Sam's next generation of movers and shakers. Many hope some of them will return to help rebuild the Rock.

She's having an affair!

4 So the husband has all the evidence he needs that his wife and his partner are having an affair. Those in the house say they are terrified of his violent attacks, and they fear one day he will hurt her really bad. For now, she has explained that those bruises are the result of horsing around with hubby, but the knowing looks on the faces tell an entirely different story.
