Frequent traveller

1. For many years, there were persistent rumours about how the wily businessman acquired his wealth. Some even predicted that if he were to set foot in Uncle Sam's country they would handcuff him instantly. And for many years, he was indeed landlocked. Well guess what, with the right connections anything can be achieved. After many years the man can now jet in and out!

Covering themselves!

2. There was a time when reporters covered the news on behalf of readers, listeners and viewers. Welcome to 21st-century journalism when reporters are in fact covering themselves.

Sluggish justice

3. We will soon reveal details of the longest running civil case in local history. In some jurisdictions if a case is not decided six months after trial a new trial is ordered.

Enough about the recent

4. Nicodemus move. Tongues are still wagging about the clever way in which the boss manipulated the young 'uns in order that mom would not suspect that he was having some downtime with the lady from up north. Oh the web we weave when we try to deceive.
