U-17 draw

Jamaica's Under-17 team got what may be considered a tough draw, having been placed alongside the sport's traditional powerhouses Argentina and France, as well as Japan, in Group B for the FIFA World Cup. The draw took place in the tournament's host country, Mexico, yesterday.
The Jamaicans will get their schedule under way with a match against the Japanese in Monterry on June 18. In Group A hosts Mexico will play North Korea, Congo and the Netherlands. Group E will feature Burkina Faso, Panama, Germany and Ecuador, while Group F will feature Australia, Ivory Coast, Brazil and Denmark.
