The town of Negril is known for its beautiful beaches, elegant hotels and its laid-back atmosphere. The resort town has experienced something of a renaissance in the past few years, specifically in the party and entertainment sectors. At the forefront of this renaissance is a group of young and innovative promoters called The Sand Castle.
The Sand Castle was formed in 2009 by four lifelong friends - Robert Porter, Kishan Stanley, Claude D'Aguilar and Kirk Douglas. Recognising a need for premium party experiences locally, the four decided to pool their knowledge and resources to launch their first event, Ka'ula Nights, in July 2009.
