After a WikiLeeks exclusive which tattled about the location and time early-bird tickets were to be made available, tickets islandwide sold out, indicating that patrons expect this year's staging of Smirnoff Dream Weekend to be the ultimate experience. The pace at which the tickets were sold forced The Gleaner on to the road to ask what was so special about the Smirnoff Dream Weekend. Here are responses from some of those The Gleaner interviewed.

Duane McIntosh, 23

The events are well put together and executed properly. The best part for me is it provides an opportunity to get away with friends and enjoy ourselves. Normally, the order of the day is school.

Tara Plummer, 20

There is no hassle, the bar is good, the liquor is not going to finish. The crowd is good and the venue is superb. The DJs are great also.

Sandre Malcolm, 23

I like the experience. I think it is a well-produced event, like the branding and attention to detail. It doesn't leave you wanting for anything. I also like the environment.

Oneil Hall, 22

The series was very exciting. One party that stood out to me was Xtreme Wet n Wild. The experience was good and, hopefully, this year will be better.

Otis James, 23

It was a great experience. I enjoy the inclusive vibes. Xtreme Wet n Wild was the best party. I wish Dream Weekend would have Hip Hop J'ouvert, which was my first Negril weekend experience and made me fall in love with Xtreme Wet n Wild.
