Congratulations to Tara Shoucair (centre) who graduated from the University of Hartford in Connecticut with a bachelor of arts in psychology with a minor in biology. Parents Terry and David Shoucair were with her for the graduation. Her sister Rachael Shoucair graduated from Savannah School of Art and Design with a degree in interior architectural design.
