York/Seaforth roads a burden for residents

For the residents of Lower/Upper York and the Seaforth communities, life has indeed been made uncomfortable by a network of deplorable and unpardonable roads which begin from the roundabout at Cottage Pen through York, up to Seaforth.
It is mentally challenging and tiring to drive on these roads, as you are constantly navigating out of and around yawning potholes, not to mention the economic challenges caused by the wear and tear on persons' vehicles.
