ALIST readies for Independence

Once a year since 2007, the most discerning of Jamaica and South Florida's partygoers are treated to the utmost decadence in an event - ALIST 'The Definition of Luxury'. Those who go know that it is, in fact, one of the most-talked-about events of the Christmas season, and is a staple on the calendar for the cool, young, vibrant socialites that dot the Jamaican landscape.

The summer is now upon us and, thus, there might be some raised eyebrows about ALIST chatter this early in the year but, alas, it is indeed warranted. The promoters have decided to have a special edition, Summer Beach Party, of this sold-out event on Saturday, August 6, at a super-exclusive beach property in Ocho Rios.

As a leading event over the course of the Christmas season, ALIST will be leading the charge to 'Ochi', while patrons can take advantage of an entire weekend of activities with Mazeltov and Sundance sharing real estate on the party calendar for that weekend as well.

Patrons can expect an absolutely flawless execution of décor, along with five-star catering by master female chef, Lorraine Fung, who will be providing multiple gourmet food stations.
