Lorna Golding, wife of Prime Minister Bruce Golding (second left) recently accepted a New York State proclamation on behalf of Jamaican saxophonist, Cedric Brooks while visiting Albany in New York. The proclamation honours the life and musical accomplishments of Brooks who is ailing. Mrs Golding is seen here with assemblymen N. Nick Perry (left), Eric Stevenson (centre), and Herman Farrell as well as Paulette Keise, sister of Cedric Brooks.
