Digicel's mini-stage did not fail to deliver high-energy and fresh performances during band breaks at this year's Reggae Sumfest show. Among the most revered performances were sizzling entertainment by singjay I-Octane and dancehall veteran Lady G.

I-Octane, widely hailed as the artiste who took Dancehall Night 2011 at Reggae Sumfest, debuted his performance on the Digicel mini-stage with his hit song Lose A Friend. Setting the Sumfest patrons in a frenzy, the songster fed the crowd with sugar-sweet lyrics such as Mama You Alone, My Life and Puff It.

Lady G did not disappoint in commanding the attention of entertainment-drenched Sumfest patrons with hard-cutting lyrics that underscored her place in the dancehall industry. Delivering hit songs such as Breeze Off and Nuff Respect as if they were released only yesterday, Lady G received loud encores from onlookers and a request for her to hit the stage again.

Digicel's senior sponsorship and activation manager, Shelly-Ann Curran, noted that she was delighted at the exciting energy and sizzling entertainment that performers on the Digicel mini-stage brought to Reggae Sumfest 2011.

She said, "Digicel is happy to have brought added value to the 2011 Reggae Sumfest show. Over the last three nights, our line-ups during band breaks have sizzled our stage with scintillating entertainment. In addition, we have got the opportunity to showcase upcoming talents in the music industry, something that Digicel takes seriously."

Other acts to grace the Digicel stage were Digicel Rising Stars Cameal Davis, Dalton Harris, Chozen, Magnum King and Queen of Dancehall Hurricane and Nioma, Yabalisious, Specialist and the Digicel Facebook Legendary Notes song competition winner - Shaddai Smith.
