Scotiabank hosts Mazda car show
Downtown Kingston-based Scotiabank Centre and exclusive Mazda dealers, Executive Motors, recently partnered to host a two-day car show at the corner of Duke and Port Royal streets - Mazda Car Show. The event was held on August 25 and 26.
"It is part of our relationship-building strategy with our auto dealers," said Simone Walker, regional marketing manager of wealth at Scotiabank Group Jamaica.
"We provide our dealers with the opportunity to showcase their vehicles to our customers, while at the same time giving us the opportunity to speak to our existing customers and prospective customers about our Scotia Wheels loan offerings," she continued.
Scotiabank is offering 100 per cent financing on new and used cars and provides a very comprehensive auto-financing package with "affordable interest rates".
Special promotion
The financial institution also recently embarked on a Cash For Gas promotion which will continue through to September 30. Customers purchasing new or used vehicles and who have been successfully financed through Scotiabank, will qualify for a one-time payment of $10,000 Cash For Gas.
Cars on display from the Marescaux Road-based Executive Motors included the award-winning Madza 2 Sedan and the Mazda BT-50 pick-up truck.
The Mazda 2 secured the World Car of the Year title in 2008 and received rave reviews for its fuel efficiency. The Mazda BT-50 is ideal for rugged terrain.
