Inclusive Saturdays goes 'Ultra'

Exclusive and chic is the unique, new concept behind Ultra Inclusive Saturdays, the latest addition to the Jamaican club scene that has steadily been redefining the meaning of upscale nightlife in the island's capital.

Held every weekend at The Top Floor inside the newly renovated Quad nightclub in New Kingston, the private event, which offers complimentary top-shelf liquor in an exclusive and swanky ambience, has been frequented by some of Kingston's elite and discerning social butterflies.

Chad Williams, one of the event's ambassadors and main organisers, told Outlook, "It's a getaway from the ordinary nightlife in Kingston where guests can embrace a different vibe and a different approach to music." He explained that guests won't hear the typical club music there. Instead, they are treated to a complementing mix of alternative, house, hip hop and other popular genres, in addition to the regular, crowd-pleasing dancehall segments.

The trendy, new venue boasts two functioning spaces - a club section where patrons can party on the dance floor and listen to addictive and pulsating rhythms, and a plush lounge area where guests can relax and socialise.

In both sections, guests have access to premium liquor at the drink-inclusive nightspot. They can enjoy Patrón XO Café, Baileys Irish Cream, Hennessy and Johnnie Walker shots, and also order popular mixes from an open bar that features local favourites Smirnoff Vodka, Appleton Jamaica Rum, Wray & Nephew White Rum and José Cuervo Tequila.

The 'ultra' experience, which is now part of the year-old Inclusive Saturdays brand, is only available through one of the event's 10 ambassadors. Once one of them puts your name on the guest list, you can party the night away as you listen to resident deejays Shane the Firestarter and DJ Narity.
