It is with deep distress and utter outrage I again write to the minister of health, Mr Rudyard Spencer, regarding the non-availability of an ambulance at the Annotto Bay Hospital.

Recently, there was an accident in Highgate where two policemen and a civilian had serious injuries and were admitted to the Annotto Bay Hospital. It took the ambulance from St Ann's Bay to Highgate two and a half hours before they could be removed from the scene of the accident to the Annotto Bay Hospital for treatment.

Minister, I again call on you to supply Annotto Bay Hospital with a reliable ambulance.
