Saturday, December 10 was special for attorney-at-law Maia Arianne Lee, daughter of Errol and Lorna Lee, and Gregory Scott Wilson, a farmer and the son of Eustace and Maisy Wilson, who tied the knot at Sts Peter and Paul Church, along Old Hope Road in St Andrew. The couple were introduced by mutual friends some years ago.

The bride wore a beautiful halter Mori Lee gown and her bridal party were outfitted in burnt orange and tiffany blue by Sadie Soas, who also made her mother's dress. Michelle Lee worked her magic at the church and Alhambra Inn with decor for the occasion, while Joy Lee did the cake.

It was no surprise that the music for the matrimonial service was unforgettable, especially the melodious voice of Maria Myrie. After all, the bride's dad is the leader of the well-known Bare Essentials band that backed her for the occasion!

The ceremony was officiated by the Very Reverend Father Burchell McPherson and Msgr Kenneth Mock-Yen, while master of ceremonies was Gavin Goffe. Members of the bridal party were Lee Ann Frampton-Anderson, Nadia Frampton, Jody Senior, Rachel Poole, Savannah Reynolds and Casey Anderson. Groomsmen were Colin Francis, Ramesh Sudine, and Kevin Lazarus, while ring-bearers were Campbell Wilson and William Wilson. Ushers were Jordan Poole, Karen Cole, Camara Brown, Cameron Jones and Mattlew Lee.

The couple honeymooned at a Breezes resort.
