Throat surgery brings thinner Adele

Websites, the world over, have been paying close attention to Adele's recovery after a throat haemorrhage threatened to end her career recently.

Now, those websites are saying that the throat surgery Adele was forced to undergo has also caused some amount of weight loss.

The Rolling In the Deep hitmaker is notorious for ignoring the traditional ideas of beauty and just being comfortable in her own skin, preferring to let her voice do the talking for her.

However, just this month, the singer posted a picture on Twitter, captioned "Back on the grind. Hair and make-up did. Merry Christmas! Axx."

The picture shows an obviously trimmer Adele, and websites have chalked up the change to lingering effects of throat surgery.

According to wakeywakeynews.com, for instance, "Adele's curves are nearly as famous as her voice. She is a woman confident in her own skin and blast the idealistic image of pop stars by keeping her curves. Her throat surgery is most likely behind the weight loss. Adele is not the type of woman to change who she is to please fans or record executives."

Another result of the throat surgery, is apparently a move for the Chasing Pavements singer.

According to wakeywakey-news.com, "She [Adele] has written songs about her love for the city, but the city is just not a healthy place for the Rolling In the Deep singer.

According to a source from the website, "Adele is a London girl through and through, but she's never been particularly into the showbiz circuit, so when it was suggested she move out of the city, she agreed immediately."

The reason for the move is the heavy London smog, which is not good for Adele's now sensitive throat.
