This November 2011, picture shows Venezuela's Consul to Miami Livia Acosta during an event in Miami, Florida. President Obama's administration expelled Acosta after allegations surfaced that she discussed possible cyber-attacks on U.S. soil while she was stationed at her country's embassy in Mexico, the US State department said on Sunday, January 8. Acosta was declared persona non grata and she was given until today to leave the country.
