Tasters Talk

The fish was delicious! I am not a fan of fresh-water fish ... but there was something in this one that was 'jammin'.

I thought the fish was well seasoned and tasted really good. So impressed was I, that I bought some at the supermarket on Saturday.

The roast fish which was very moist and tender. It was stuffed with callaloo, but just a tad too salty. I thoroughly enjoyed.

Like the seasoning, will definitely be buying the product.

I had the roast fish, it was veeeeeeerrry delicious! I liked how the callaloo just sat in the middle with all the juices. I was even tempted to lick the foil, but I remembered where I was. It was seasoned just right ... nice and spicy.

Enjoyed the grilled fish. The seasoning made it taste flavourful and delicious, not too salty, not too peppery.

Has flavour. Wasn't overpowering in taste. Good stuff.

The pepper was not overwhelming, and there was just the right amount of salt for the steamed fish. Good taste overall. Thanks.

Nothing overpowering, nice, mild yet flavourful; just the right touch of pepper. Although essentially frozen product, retains that fresh fish flavour. I liked it.

Steamed fish, delicious. However, a bit peppery.

Fish was well seasoned and tasted very good.

It's a winner. The flavour is good! Seasoned through and through, the fish is succulent and rich in moisture. This meal fits right into my regime, from the freezer to the oven. I have been bought.

The grill fish was spectacular! I was taken aback.

I sampled the fried fish and it was great.

Flavoursome, succulent and tasty. I hope that the real deal will be as delicious as the samples.

I had the steamed fish and it was good! I would eat this on a regular basis. When is the next tasting?

I tried the jerk fish stuffed with callaloo and roasted and now shamelessly admit that not only did I lick the juices from every bone, individually, but even tried to get all that good stuff that was stuck to the foil. Very mild jerk. Just the right amount of pepper, flavourful spices. Impeccably delicious!

I like it very much, especially the pepper.

The flesh had a soft texture, well seasoned and spicy. It was a bit too salt, but is still edible.

I had the jerk fish. I liked that it was not overly spicy. I could enjoy it without grabbing for water. However, it was a bit salty.

I had the steam fish. I found it to be well seasoned and good.

I had the roast fish (in the foil), and I thought it was absolutely delicious. It was very tasty. I appreciated the stuffing (callaloo), and I thought it was remarkably well done. Moist and flavourful. Note: I am not a fish lover, but I really enjoyed this one. I didn't discern any jerk flavour though.
