Maureen Spencer, retired human resource manager from the Statistical Institute of Jamaica, celebrated her 60th birthday with dinner at the Alhambra Inn Hotel in St Andrew on Saturday, March 31, and a host of family, former colleagues and friends joined her in making the event memorable.
