Indians celebrate in the rain

The rains came in torrents and left the field at Chedwin Park, St Catherine, under mud and water. But that didn't deter the hundreds of patrons who turned out for the National Council for Indian Culture in Jamaica's Indian Arrival Day and Roti Festival on Sunday, May 6, at Chedwin Park, St Catherine. It was the first time the two events were held at the same time, and there was an abundance of Indian culture on display.
