Aptly headlined in honour of Jamaica's 50th anniversary, the internationally acclaimed Calabash Literary Arts Festival returned to picturesque Treasure Beach in St Elizabeth after a year's hiatus. Lovers of the arts enjoyed two days of great literature, great books, excellent food, remarkable music, and positive vibe. Authors and performers come from Nigeria, Ethiopia and South Africa, the UK and USA as well as many Jamaicans from the diaspora.
