Bee-cycling with Ba-bee-licious

Ba-bee-licious had a crazy buzz last Sunday with its bee-day celebrations, which featured whopping discounts on all things in the store. However, what made the event even more special was the introduction of what was called the Ba-bee-licious Bee-cycle Tent, an initiative of proprietor Shauna-Gay.
The idea was conceptualised to find new homes for gently used and unused baby items.
According to Hart: "I wanted to do something special and different to thank my customers and to find a way to offer them some out-of-the-norm specials.
"I've always had mothers who would say, by way of conversation, that they had so many things for their children that they didn't use because they either outgrew it before they had the chance to use it, or the child just didn't like it."
She further continued: "I also knew from being in the industry that there were a lot of expectant and new moms who wanted certain things for their babies but they just thought the prices were simply too high, had other financial responsibilities that ranked higher on the priority list or, whatever their reason, couldn't necessarily afford certain pieces."
TWOFOLD BENEFIT
With all those factors considered, Hart had an idea that would help twofold: find a great way to help mothers clear out their storage (and get some additional diaper funds) while giving the moms-to-be a unique opportunity to get some of the things that they have always wanted - although not brand new - at amazing, unbeatable prizes.
Just two years old, the Constant Spring Road baby boutique received great feedback and support from its customers with mothers and even fathers passing through sharing and swapping baby chronicles as their children snacked on hot dogs, cupcakes or played in the bounceabout.
