Succulent ribs, wings at affordable prices
Taking credit for bringing succulent ribs to the city of Portmore, proprietor of Three Scoops, Ribs & Wings, Kayon Page, is expecting a growth spurt in his customer base during Restaurant Week.
Ice cream, wings and ribs are the eatery's main specialities and together they bring forth a new concept to Portmore.
"People are enjoying succulent ribs and wings at affordable prices. You really can't go anywhere and get prices like this."
Open Sunday to Sunday, Page noted that anyone regardless of their location should try one of the menu options.
"Everyone who wants to enjoy good food for less and for who like the finer things without fine-dining money should come by. People from all over come here just to get something to eat."
Known for its ribs, the star dish chosen for Restaurant Week is the 'Likkle More'. This according to Page will have persons filled to their heart's content.
"The Likkle More is the barbecue ribs and wings made in guava sweet and sour and sweet chilli sauce. This is served with curried rice."
For those who want a complete three-course meal, they can have, along with the entrée, a garden salad or soup and a Baileys cheesecake topped with ice cream for dessert.
