Eat as if from your own kitchen
When you think authentic Jamaican food, what comes to mind? If you guess starch, including yam, banana and dumplings, then Triple T'z eatery is where you want to dine for this year's Restaurant Week.
The two-year-old eatery, located on Annette Crescent, has been doing very well creating a very faithful following. A very proud Yvonne Anderson notes that her customers can't seem to get enough of their sweet and sour pigtails and their corned pork.
Two very popular dishes that you can indulge in between November 9 and 17 are their Jerked T-Bone steak and their steamed fish. Yes, you read correctly - Jerked T-bone steak. In their bid to do something special, Chef Wayne Lindsay and Anderson put their heads together to produce something addictive. The steak is cooked to perfection after being marinated in Lindsay's special seasoning concoction. This succulent piece of meat is served with baked potato.
But if you feel for a friend from the sea, their special steam fish should hit the spot. It's made with Triple T'z's special seasoning which produces a very juicy dish.
With everyone very excited for the week, a very friendly staff is awaiting you to make you feel like you're in your kitchen at home having real home-made dishes. So come home to Triple T'z for 2012 Restaurant Week.
