You can't miss these tasty ribs!
Mmmm, ribs! The type of food that allows you to get your hands dirty. Well, Jo Jo's Jerk Pit and More is encouraging you to do just that when you dig into their championship barbecue spare ribs and sauce.
Restaurant Manager Claudia Lindo held the secrets of the sauce close to her chest, only giving a hint at the ingredients that give the eatery's ribs and sauce its signature flavour.
"The combination of the flavours with two main ingredients, Appleton and tamarind sauce. That's what makes it so in-depth and full of flavour," boasted Lindo.
Served with fries, the spare ribs is a staple on the menu and, therefore, could not be left out for this year's Gleaner-sponsored Restaurant Week.
The barbecue spare ribs and sauce have been winners at both the Jack Daniel's Grill-Off and the Appleton Grill-Off.
Jo Jo's is apart of the Restaurant Week's Tasty category for dinner, but it is also opening it's doors for lunch as well as it will participate in the Nyam and Scram category.
