A television set should not be in your bedroom or any other form of technology that could to disturb your deep sleep pattern. The repetition of nightly newscasts is not even worth listening once much less twice. The light from your laptop can suppress melatonin, a hormone linked to sleep.

Impaired sleep in men may affect their testosterone levels leading to diminished performance in bed. Testosterone is one of the leading male sex hormones, so if you want to keep the vibrancy in your sex life, you must boost your testosterone levels.
The Journal of American Medical Association suggests that lack of sleep may be directly correlated to the amount of testosterone produced, decreasing levels by up to 15 per cent because of sleep deprivation. As men age, their testosterone levels fall off as a natural process of ageing.
