7 Mixer perfection in a bottle

Red Stripe's newest product, 7 Mixer Liqueur, offers the perfect liquid for the perfect drink mixes. This citrus flavoured, vodka-based liqueur is the latest innovation from Red Stripe's active supply line which has produced four new brands this year.

Last Wednesday, business professionals, bartenders, media personalities and Red Stripe staff converged at their Spanish Town based head office to not only taste the new liqueur but show off their mixology skills in a mix-off challenge.

In each category, the participants showed they were adept at flare, creativity and had a great sense of taste. Category winners included Digicel's Benjamin Simms, Dream Entertainment's director Phillip 'PP' Palmer and Red Stripe's Nasson Brown.

Try this mix over the holidays ...

7th Heaven

Ingredients

100 ml Ocean Spray White Cranberry

0.25 oz Smirnoff Green Apple

0.5 oz 7 Mixer Liqueur

Garnish with a cherry and lemon wedge.

Method

Place all ingredients in a shaker with ice. Shake well and serve in a Martini glass and garnish with cherry and lemon wedge.
