Appleton special cocktails

Appleton 'speciaL' star light and Appleton Red-nosed reindeer is one of the cocktails that will be served at the all inlcusive A-List party on December 25. The drink was previewed at the Appleton A-List cocktail tasting last Thursday. But you don't have to wait until December 25 to sample them again. Here are the recipes.

Appleton 'SPECIAL' Star Light

2 1/2oz Appleton Special Jamaica Rum

2 oz Orijin grapefruit juice

1 oz Orijin orange juice

1/2 oz simple syrup

Method

Combine all ingredients in a highball glass with ice. Stir well and garnish with an orange slice

Appleton Red-Nosed Reindeer

11/2 oz Appleton Genesis Jamaica Rum

1 oz Orijin pineapple juice

1 oz Orijin orange juice

1 oz sorrel sugar

Method

Combine all ingredients in a highball glass with ice. Stir well and garnish with two pineapple slices.
