Yes. I believe this case is of such a magnitude and nature that the DPP should take the lead. I am aware that members of her team are capable and equipped to handle it. However, public perception on the matter is likely to be better if it is handled in that way. The whole commitment to justice without corruption.

Don't worry too much about that king. The primary aim behind a fraud matter, if memory serves right, is to remedy the fraud. So even though punishment may also be an aim, the return of monies to investors should be high on the priority for prosecutors too. I hope.

Shocking incompetence. Don't they see that this dysfunctional justice system contributes to high crime rates and police killings and systemic corruption? If the DPP lawyers are the best available to prosecute crime in Jamaica, then woe to us for we are undone.
