The efforts of top sales and service performers were recently acknowledged for their sterling performance at National Commercial Bank's (NCB) recent Pinnacle Awards and Banquet.

Held at The Jamaica Pegasus hotel, the NCB group, led by its retail banking network alongside NCB Insurance Company Limited and NCB Capital Markets, honoured more than 45 employees who surpassed their individual performance and team targets for the year ended September 30.

In his remarks, Group Managing Director Patrick Hylton expressed appreciation to his team acknowledging their personal drive, relationship skills and customer-service skills, and their persistence in ensuring that requests and product requirements were delivered within the standard efficient and effective timelines. "As much as I admire your sales efforts, I equally admire your personal qualities. These are the desired qualities for all of us to embody. If we get our organisation operating and thinking in this way, this will take us further along our transformation journey than any one specific initiative," noted Hylton.

"At NCB, the annual staging of our flagship rewards and recognition programme is an effort to highlight your exceptional performance over the financial year," noted Audrey Tugwell Henry, senior general manager - retail banking division. She added, "I am honoured to be hosting and it is an immense pleasure to be part of a company that holds its employees in such high esteem. You are all NCB's most valuable asset."

The excitement of announcing the winners aside, guests enjoyed the musical styling of reggae-soul quartet LUST who performed crowd favourites such as Broken Hearted Melody, Sweetness Of Your Love and Just As I Am. The evening's ceremony featured several sectional awards including; Card Services and e-Channels, top Business Banker and Personal Banker, as well as the Branch of the Year, which was awarded to NCB St Jago Branch.
