Do you agree with financial analyst, Ralston Hyman, that cuts in Gov't spending to meet fiscal targets are sending more J'cans into poverty?

We have two choices: 1. Grow the economy or 2. Cut expenditures. I am not a supporter of the austerity-only approach, but we certainly cannot continue to live above our means.

'Emancipate' the many buildings that have been locked for years and turn them into factories. Give the people work and remove the shackles of poverty from them.
