A lower interest rate would be a blessing. I'm guessing that the majority of these delinquents are unemployed!

The Jamaica Forum for Lesbians, All-Sexuals and Gays (JFLAG) is urging the Government to ensure that performers at national events do not use that platform to discriminate against segments of the society. In a release, JFLAG said it was very disappointed by what it says were anti-gay expressions by reggae singer Queen Ifrica at the Independence Grand Gala celebrations. Read more here
