J. Wray & Newphew Whisky Anyone

Jo Jo's Jerk Pit was recently transformed into a Whisky Connoisseurs Lounge, for their 'Whiskies From Around the World' Passport Programme Launch. Guests were invited to 'travel through their line' of whiskies, six from around the world. The list includes Jack Daniel's, Gentleman Jack, Jameson, Chivas Regal, Glenmorangie, and The Glenlivet.

Each guest received a Whiskies From Around The World passport which will allow them to learn about the line of whiskies offered by J. Wray & Nephew (JWN) and to also have a chance to redeem a 200ml bottle of whisky at participating locations when they present eight stamps in their passport. Each stamp represents a time that they had purchased a glass of whisky featured in the passport.

"The reason for creating this Passport Whisky Programme is to give whisky drinkers a chance to experience all the award-winning brands within the participating outlets and to remind them of the premium brands carried by J. Wray & Nephew," said Brand Manager Chesna Haber.

Throughout the evening, guests were able to sample the entire range of JWN whiskies and, at the end of the night, selected guests were asked to participate in a blind tasting to see if they could distinguish between the different brands.
