Seventy-one Lady Musgrave Road has given a chic outlook to the art of grilling.

The one-year-old eatery has been added to the 2013 Restaurant Week line. According to proprietor Ashley Rousseau, "I decided to participate in this year's Restaurant Week because other restaurants spoke highly of it and I wanted to share in that experience. Restaurant Week helps to promote the business and the idea of giving a big discount to pull in the customers who didn't know about us."

Their menu for Restaurant Week is a three-course meal which will offer a wide variety of deliciousness. From a choice of Lime-Salt corn chips and salsa or smoked marlin pate for appetiser to spicy Thai salad, artisan pizzas, burgers and sandwiches, topped with dessert.

Rousseau points out the restaurant uses the best of local fresh products to prepare their dishes. "People are receptive so we try to do traditional and unconventional meals, to offer variety," she said.

What is sure to be a hit during Restaurant Week is their traditional burger. According to Chef Rorie Murray, the burger is made with a twist. He told Food that he is a traditionalist and takes great pride and pleasure in preparing savoury steak. The secret to this burger, however, is in the home-made barbecue sauce.

The simple yet sophisticated Grill 71 is the place to relax, unwind and get a real treat this Restaurant Week.
