If your guilty pleasure is pork, then Guilt's Divine Swine is certainly the treat for you during the Gleaner-sponsored Restaurant Week (RW), November 816.

Guilt, formerly known as Guilt Trip has now been rejuvenated and relocated at Devon House. Owner Colin Hylton told Food he believes that is was time for a change.

"Sometimes, in life, you have to do a clean sweep. Let something go and start something fresh, new and exciting," said Hylton.

He relocated to Devon House because he thought that it was a central location, with secure parking for his guests. He also wanted to expand his business from just an evening dining spot to a lunch and dinner guilty pleasure.

For RW, the Divine Swine definitely lives up to its name - this pork burger, topped with Japanese miso, includes pulled pork and Copperwood-smoked bacon served with a side of sweet potato fries. The sweet flavour of the fries and salt from the Japanese miso surprises your taste buds and keeps them wanting more. According to Hylton, "People love pork and it's different kinds. The pork has a lot of Middle Eastern flavours. It is exotic."

The restaurant will also be offering mixed greens salad for those who want a healthy dish with a great flavour.

For an exotic food and a mouth-watering experience, come out to Guilt this Restaurant Week.
